| What I am looking for As I stop to think about the kind of man I am looking for, I have to say that I have the need to be needed by someone. Not that I am looking to support someone, rather I would like to meet someone who knows what responsibility is and how important it is for two people to share this common need. I picture someone whom I can share a home with one day. Enjoy the daily routine of managing a home, and making it a key element in our relationship. Youth is not necessarily a requirement, but at least young at heart. I am far from the settled down type. I like challenges in my life as well as new experiences. Passion is a key factor. Just having sex is not enough. Two people should be able to communicate their love in a tender exploration of the human body and soul. Knowledge is power in my book. I like to read and constantly improve myself. I try to help others in need. I have worked now for over nine years caring for a disabled man until recently. This should demonstrate my compassion as well as the ability to commit myself. I try to get involved with my community. Assembling computers for the disabled community and teaching them how to use them has given me alot of satisfaction in my life. Yet I still enjoy attending a hockey game, fishing in a stream or camping in the great outdoors. In the home, I am a homemaker of sorts. Cooking is a love of mine. Sometimes just spending the night playing a game of cards or watching a movie while cuddling up with someone special. I am an organized person thus I tend to think of ways to build a better mousetrap. I take pride in what I do no matter what it might be. I understand how important people who pass through your life really are. None of us can truly say that our success in life was achieved by ourselves alone. Think about the circumstances which prompted us to reach a goal. And I do have goals for my life. Mainly just trying to make the world a better place to live in. I plan things not to have control over them, rather to have a prospective of my direction in life. I love spur of the moment things, and being a romantic, if someone should buy me a rose or call me from work just to show me they care. It is essential that people learn to communicate their feelings. If I feel my needs are not being met, I say so. On the other hand, if my partner is not feeling the same, I want to know about it. Sex only lasts a few moments, but making love to another can last beyond expectations. It is important not to walk into a relationship with expectations. Letting someone know what you are looking for is fine, but being open to the possibilities that lie beyond is even more important. Somewhere there is perfection, but one can lose everything in search for a perfect rose. |
